Refund Policy

30-Day Return Period

Return requests should be made within 30 days of delivery. The item should be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, together with the original packaging, accessories, hardware, and included components when reasonably possible.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or is materially different from the item ordered, contact us before returning it. We may request photos, part-number information, packaging details, or other information so we can review the issue. When we confirm that the return is due to our error or a qualifying defect, we will provide return instructions and cover the approved return shipping cost.

Non-Defective Returns

For returns based on a change of mind, an ordering mistake, or an incompatibility that was not caused by incorrect product information, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Installed or Modified Parts

Please inspect and compare the part before installation whenever possible. Parts that have been installed, altered, modified, damaged during installation, or used outside their intended application may not qualify for a standard return unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing time may affect when the refund appears on your account.

Please compare the part number, dimensions, connector layout, mounting points, specifications, and compatibility information with your original part before ordering.
